What to ExpectGatherwild Ranch isn't a conference center; it’s a founder-led, artist-curated farm-stay designed to host the "Deep Work" that doesn't happen in a city studio. We offer three distinct, flexible environments for teams of 6 - 32 to unplug, strategize, and reconnect without the sterile polish of traditional corporate hospitality.

Pricing & Options-
Our mid week rates start at $225 per person, in a single accommodation, and a minimum of 6 people.

Choose to add on 3 farm fresh meals a day prepared by a local chef for $100 pp. Inquire for ala carte options.

Gatherwild Ranch is accessible by car or Amtrak + a cab. We offer a driver to the Hudson train station for $35 each way (up to 4 people)
Sample Schedule
Day 1:
Arrival & Grounding: Settle into the ranch with morning coffee and tea on the Sunset Deck.
The Big Picture: Kick off your first deep-work session in the main venue, utilizing the projector and large white viewing wall to set the intentions.
Afternoon Reset: Break up the heavy lifting with a Group Sauna Session or a quick round of ping pong in the Game Lounge.
Evening: A Wood-Fired Pizza Party followed by an Evening Bonfire & S’mores Bar under the stars to facilitate those unforced, late-night breakthroughs.
Day 2: The Wake-Up Call: Start with fresh egg collecting and goat feeding at 9:00 AM, a literal "back to basics" moment. Morning Flow: A Private Yoga Session on the deck to open up the lungs and the mind before the day's breakout sessions.
The Challenge: Spend the afternoon with our leadership partner, and a day of badassery. Experience archery, woodchopping and mechanics with a new angle on approaching challenges.
Golden Hour: Head to the Sunset Deck for a team happy hour, then a long table dinner with a few prompts. Day 3: Active Exploration: Morning plant identification walk or a paddle board on the river to re-focus the mind and body. Final Synthesis: A closing "Deep Work" session to solidify action items and commitments. The Takeaway: A final goodbye to the goats & departure.
